Chris Brown disses Oprah

Chris Brown spoke to Larry King September 2 and he is not stopping the conversation.

In the
latest headlines relating to Chris Brown and Rihanna, you may have heard that Brown said he still loves Rihanna.

Well, now he thinks Oprah Winfrey should have reached out to him during all of the press frenzy surrounding the assault on his former girlfriend.

Brown mentioned it was a slap in the face that Oprah Winfrey did not reach out to him. In March, the Queen of Talk dedicated an episode of
The Oprah Winfrey Show to “all the Rihannas of the world” in order to focus on domestic violence.

In a statement, Brown said, “I commend Oprah on being like, ‘This is a problem,’ but it was a slap in my face. I did a lot of stuff for her, like going to Africa and performing for her
school. She could have been more helpful, like, ‘OK, I’m going to help both of these people out.'”

In a statement to TMZ, Oprah’s rep responded to his comments about the episode and thoughts that Oprah should have reached out in March. “Oprah is very appreciative that Chris
Brown performed at her school but she takes domestic abuse very seriously. She hopes he gets the counseling he needs.”

The 20-year-old singer has been ordered to complete a twelve month domestic violence program. In addition, he was sentenced to five years probation and six months of community labor. For the next
five years he can not come within 100 yards of Rihanna.
