Dethroned Miss California USA Carrie Prejean dropped her lawsuit against the pageant organization after they exposed the X-rated skeleton in her closet.
Carrie Prejean was suing the Miss California USA group for religious discrimination after they yanked her crown. They said she was ditching events and becoming
increasingly difficult to work with. She said they didn’t like her anti-gay platform.
The pageant organization countersued Prejean for the cost of her breast implants, which they paid for prior to the Miss USA pageant. Prejean complained that disclosure violated her right to
privacy, which pageant officials say she gave up the minute she walked out on stage wearing a bikini showing off her new assets.
This back-and-forth was shaping up to become a years long court battle until lawyers for the pageant group pulled their Trump card: Prejean’s cinematic debut.
Picture this meeting… Prejean enters the conference room with her legal team and her mother. Pageant lawyers start the video, showing a totally nude woman from the waist down having a little
private party, if you know what we mean wink wink.
Carrie said the video was disgusting and denied it was her… Until the camera panned up to her face. Busted! The holier-than-thou poster child for the conservative Christian right was caught
red-handed in the most compromising of anti-Christian situations.
(As a side note, the video is said to be so raunchy that even Nik Richie of TheDirty.com turned down an offer to purchase, because his legal team wouldn’t let him post it to the site.)
Once Carrie — and her incredibly shocked mother — realized the solo act on the tape really was Carrie, the lawsuit was dropped within seconds. Carrie’s XXX handiwork proved that the model’s
sudden turn to Christianity post-pageant was nothing more than a hypocritical bid for publicity.
Carrie now gets nothing, but the pageant group will pay $100,000 towards her legal bills — said to be a small fraction of what she owes.
The Miss Califoria USA group said in a statement, “Carrie Prejean, Keith Lewis, and K2 productions have dropped their claim against each other and wish each other the best in their future
endeavors.”
“We are moving forward from the past and looking towards the crowning of two winners and the new look of the upcoming Miss California USA pageant, telecast live on November 22nd.”
