Lost: the final season

Is it a coincidence that Lost season 6 will premiere on Groundhog Day, February 2? Not likely. As Team Darlton referred to “killing off” Juliet, look for viewers will see her alive somehow. As we know she’ll have a guest role, unanswered questions remain for the last and final season of the scintillating show.

Lost producers dished this show has always had a beginning, middle, and end so we’ll finally get to know the 4-1-1 surrounding the smoke monster, the four-toed statue of Tawert and other previously unresolved mysteries like the identity of Adam and Eve skeletons from a season one episode.

Jack Bauer lives another 24

Although the highly anticipated return of Jack Bauer (played by Kiefer Sutherland) will premiere on Sunday, January 17 and Monday, January 18, it will return to its Monday line-up for the rest of the run. Bauer returns for the show’s eighth season whereby the Day 8 timeline begins and ends at 4 pm in New York City amidst the shadows of the Statue of Liberty and the United Nations.

Technically, his granddaughter, Teri, becomes old enough for dialogue and although we know he’s committed to move forward with his life to be with his daughter, Kim, and Teri, sometimes life throws you a curveball as Jack must help his country.

In an interview Kiefer explained, “Basically the threat centers on a peace conference at the UN that is being headed by the President of the United States and the President of Kamistan. The rest of the day goes forward from that point.”
