Private Practice and Grey’s Anatomy are at it again with their March 11 new episodes.

On the latest episode of Grey’s Anatomy, appropriately titled Push, Owen recruits a veteran from the Iraq War to join the team.
Although it appears Owen will be the new cardiothoracic surgeon on staff, he’s getting pushback from Cristina who starts questioning his ability in the operating room.
In fact, Owen and Richard compete for a challenging surgery which leaves Derek in a difficult bind. Izzie returns with her high school mentor in this episode in order to find treatment for dementia. In the love department, Bailey preps for another date with Ben.
And on the Private Practice, the Triangles episode focuses on pregnancy as Addison’s patient and the three unborn babies she’s carrying as a surrogate are unstable. Since Sam’s new girlfriend and Addison are clearly divided over treatment, it’ll be interesting to see who wins out!
Cooper asks for Sheldon’s help over a young patient however their personal battles ensue over Charlotte, thereby solidifying the definite love triangle they find themselves in. As if that’s not enough, Naomi is in a similar situation with her boss as well as the charismatic Dr Fife.
