Pink pregnant with first child?

Will Mariah Carey’s baby have a playmate in the sandbox courtesy of singer Pink? According to Us Weekly, Pink is pregnant!

Look out Mariah Carey, you might not be the only singer with news of a bun in the oven. The latest issue of Us Weekly is reporting that musician and rock goddess Pink is expecting her first child.

The issue of Us Weekly, which hits stands November 10, got the goods from an alleged source close to 31-year-old Pink and her hubby, 35-year-old Carey Hart.

The source blabbed about the singer’s baby news. “She’s 12 weeks along,” the source said. “She wanted to do it between tours, when she has some time off.”

If Pink is carrying her first child, news of a break between tours is definitely good. After seeing her high-flying trapeze act, I can’t imagine how she’d maintain that level of energy.

Pink and her husband, Carey Hart, were briefly separated back in 2008 and the colorful beauty even sang about it in her rock anthem, So What. The source chatted about their brief cooling off period, saying, “Pink was determined to make the relationship solid. Now she’s really happy, and she’s excited she got pregnant so fast! She’ll be a brilliant mother.”

If we’ve learned anything from celebrity baby news, it is that usually the reports are spot on. But we’ll wait and hear it from Pink before we go buying any baby shower gifts.
