Kelsey Grammer may lose 50 million in divorce

Kelsey Grammer stands to lose $50 million in his divorce from Camille Grammer.

Kelsey Grammer and Camille Grammer did not have a pre-nuptial agreement in place, reports TMZ. This means that Camille Grammer could get $50 million once the divorce is final.

The former Frasier star is apparently worth an excess of $100 million from his Frasier residuals and real estate investments in L.A., Malibu, New York City, Colorado, the Hamptons and Hawaii. During his Frasier run, Kelsey was the highest paid actor on TV making $1.6 million an episode!

Kelsey Grammer, 55, reportedly wants the divorce to be handled quickly so he is free to marry his new 29-year-old girlfriend Kayte Walsh on New Year’s Day.

Under California law, a divorce can be final six months after a petition is filed and Camille filed for divorce on July 1, 2010. Kelsey reportedly wants to leave all money issues to be resolved at a later date.

TMZ reports that Camille is not happy about this, citing a source as saying that she “is not surprised but continues to be disappointed at Kelsey’s immature and disrespectful behavior.”
