Charlie Sheen hospitalization update

Charlie Sheen was hospitalized for a hernia flare-up not a drug overdose, according to his rep.

Charlie Sheen was rushed to the hospital Thursday morning after a 36-hour long party involving multiple porn stars and a suitcase full of cocaine (literally, a man showed up with bricks of coke in a briefcase) — but his rep insists the trouble is nothing more than the flare-up of an old hernia.

Here’s how it went down:

Sources say Sheen spent a solid 36 hours partying with no less than five porn stars, smoking cocaine and critiquing porn in his home theater room before complaining of severe abdominal pain. Someone in Charlie’s house called his neighbors — a couple you may have heard of, Dr. Paul Nassif and wife Adrienne Maloof-Nassif of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills — who in turn called 911.

Two of the women were seen leaving Charlie’s house as he was wheeled to the ambulance, his face partially covered by a towel.

Sheen does have a history of hernia problems. His hit show Two and a Half Men is on hiatus this week, so the shooting schedule will not be interrupted by his latest shenanigans.

And about that suitcase full of cocaine? Sheen’s rep, Stan Rosenfield, told TMZ, “I can’t comment because I have no idea if it’s true. You choose to believe your source. I don’t.”
