Lady Gaga debuts Born This Way with her little monsters first and foremost on her mind. The message of individuality couldn’t be any more clear on Gaga’s new single — and the dance beats are pretty fierce too.
Lady Gaga’s decision to release Born This Way early was completely justified and we can’t imagine why the wait would have been needed. Born This Way was ready for the masses — and more importantly her little monsters!
The theatrical singer cranks out dance beats with the best of messages always contained in the lyrics somewhere. When you blast Born This Way, there are no hidden messages or agendas anywhere. The queen of being yourself lays it on the line for her fans with truthful lyrics and an anthem of just being you.
“I’m beautiful in my way ’cause God makes no mistakes,” Gaga sings. “I’m on the right track, baby, I was born this way.”
No words could be more true.
Her words of individuality don’t stop there. She adds, “Don’t hide yourself in regret, just love yourself and you’re set.” Lady Gaga paints her face with crazy makeup and wears hoops for skirts on occasion, but she is all inspiration, make no mistake about that.
Born This Way is definitely going to be a club favorite, a riding in the car favorite, and probably most importantly — a talk yourself down from the hate favorite. The song is sick in the best sense of the word and Elton John might be right. It could be the next I Will Survive.
