Grey’s Anatomy preview: Not Responsible

Meredith faces a tough decision, Mark stakes his claim on fatherhood and Dr. Stark shows another side tonight on Grey’s Anatomy: Not Responsible.

The only things as important as a surgeon’s hands are her eyes, and tonight on Grey’s Anatomy, Meredith’s (Ellen Pompeo) begin to fail. This news leaves the doc with a complicated choice — stop her fertility treatments or risk losing her eyesight and her career.

“Meredith has a little bit of an issue because the meds are a bit too strong for her, but she’s going to be fine, she’s not going blind — she needs to see,” Patrick Dempsey told TV Guide, but will she get to be a mom?

Owen realizes the downside of having Cristina back to her old self is, well, having Cristina back to her old self! Independent and stubborn as ever, his wife makes a decision and he isn’t thrilled about it, leaving the newlyweds in a standoff.

Mark also takes a stand, letting Callie and Arizona know he’s more than just their sperm donor. He’s been pining for fatherhood ever since his full-grown and pregnant daughter showed up to introduce herself last year. He missed out on raising her, but this time, he’s in it for the long haul and doesn’t plan to miss a beat.

April learns there’s more to shifty Dr. Stark (Peter MacNicol) than meets the eye and Adele Webber (Loretta Devine) checks in to receive care from Richard, Owen and Miranda.

Nancy Travis (So I Married an Axe Murderer) also guest stars.

Grey’s Anatomy: Not Responsible airs Thursday, February 24 at 9 p.m.
