Lady Gaga says she was born this way and she will stay this way: The singer will not have plastic surgery!

Lady Gaga just says no to plastic surgery — but clarifies that body modification is a completely different story.

For example, you won’t see the singer tweaking her prominent nose or amping up her bosom with breast implants, but she is totally rocking facial horns on her Harper’s Bazaar cover.

“I have never had plastic surgery, and there are many pop singers who have,” the pop star says in the fashion mag’s latest issue. “I think that promoting insecurity in the form of plastic surgery is infinitely more harmful than an artistic expression related to body modification.”

As for those horns, they are a form of “artistic expression,” Gaga explained. “I am an artist, and I have the ability and the free will to choose the way the world will envision me.”

Just as long as the world doesn’t envision her with a smaller nose and bigger breasts.

By the way, the horns are prosthetic and not actually embedded into her skin.
