Charlie Sheen is not winning this battle — the judge in his custody case is leaving the existing agreement between him and Brooke Mueller in place.
Charlie Sheen went to court today to ask a judge to change the custody agreement between him and Brooke Mueller due to his ex-wife’s major fall off the wagon and refusal to take a drug test.
Charlie wanted the couple’s twins, Max and Bob, under his own supervision. Currently the couple has joint legal custody, but Brooke has physical custody.
Today a judge ruled that the agreement the couple put in place in March will remain, despite the fact that according to the agreement any refusal to take a drug test counts as a dirty test.
In an interesting twist, the judge ordered all cameras out of the room before starting the hearing, saying that there were “questions of abuse” being raised. It was unclear if the abuse was allegedly against the twins, Charlie’s history of abuse against Brooke, or Brooke’s drug abuse.
Charlie Sheen is already heading back to the East Coast where he will headline another My Violent Torpedo of Truth tour date tonight.
