Mario Lopez will be celebrating his first Father’s Day this year with girlfriend Courtney Mazza and nine-month-old daughter, Gia. SheKnows got the news firsthand from the happy couple on their daddy’s day plans.
With their first Father’s Day right around the corner, Mario Lopez and Courtney Mazza stepped out for a baby break and an adults-only night on the town at the opening of Lexington Social House in Hollywood.
But despite it being date night, the main thing on this couple’s mind was their darling nine-month-old daughter, Gia.
“I never thought I could love someone so much,” Mario gushed to SheKnows. “I look forward to the mornings with her because she’s all hyped up and in a good mood.”
The Extra host’s lady love Mazza echoed his joy over their first year with Gia. “Waking up with her every day is a new present because you never know what she’s going to do, and there’s always something to look forward to.”
Mario told SheKnows Mazza is a “great mom,” and it showed, even down to her outfit choice…
“I’m wearing milk,” joked Mazza of her ensemble of J Brand jeans, YSL shoes, and yes, a milk-stained shirt. “I have milk on my shirt from her bottle!”
So what does this busy family have planned for their first Father’s Day?
“To not have to work because I’m always working,” Mario speculated. “Just be with my girls and a nice chilled out day, a nice home cooked meal, a glass of wine and to play with the baby.”
And if everything goes their way, their Father’s Days will only be getting larger.
“Hopefully, we’ll have a lot more babies in the future,” Mario told SheKnows. “We’ll see God’s plan, whenever he sees fit.”
