Former The Hills and The City star Whitney Port is a single girl again. She and boyfriend of one-and-a-half years Ben Nemtin, star of Buried Life, have broken up.
Us Weekly reports that two insiders have confirmed the breakup between Nemtin and Port. Whitney herself acknowledged the breakup on Saturday at Snapple’s National Iced Tea Day in New York City, according to the Daily Mail.
When asked about Ben Nemtin, Port responded, “I don’t have a boyfriend.” She continued, “It’s definitely different, but I’m enjoying my time focusing on work and keeping busy.”
Several months ago, when Port returned to Los Angeles after The City ended, she said of Nemtin, “I don’t know if he’s the one, but I’ve never been happier!”
It turns out Nemtin wasn’t the one, but Port still seemed happy at the Snapple event. On Saturday, SheKnows got to chat with Whitney Port about summer fashion. Port told SheKnows that she has a lot of summer vacations planned — Dublin, Missouri with her family and Miami. Hopefully, all of that travel will keep her busy and her mind off of Nemtin.
