Victoria Beckham losing baby weight with Five Hands diet

After giving birth to her fourth child Harper Seven last month, Victoria Beckham is determined to shed the baby weight fast with the Five Hands diet.

Victoria Beckham is reportedly working hard to shed the baby weight to get back to a size zero in time for Fashion Week in New York on September 8-15th. The former Spice Girl gave birth to her fourth child, Harper Seven, last month and has decided it is time to get her pre-pregnancy bod back.

In fact, she started focusing on healthy eating right after Harper was born. “Five days after giving birth, she started eating five high-protein meals a day accompanied by green vegetables, drinking gallons of water, and only snacking on goji berries and nuts,” an insider reveals.

But now, Beckham (who was pregnant with Harper in the picture, right) has amped up her weight loss plan. According to Grazia, Beckham is using the Five Hands diet to lose the weight fast. With this strict diet, she can only eat five handfuls of food a day!

Wow, let’s hope she has really, really big hands.

Even though the food she eats is healthy, as she is focusing on smoked salmon, yellow fin tuna sushi, scrambled eggs and smoked salmon, the portion sizes are small. In fact, most experts recommend breastfeeding moms eat between 2,000- 2800 calories a day, and it would probably be difficult for Beckham to get enough calories with the Five Hands diet.

In addition to eating palm-sized portions of food, she is also doing gentle exercises with a trainer while she stays at Stephen Spielberg’s rented beach house. She will start her normal workout with Tracy Anderson soon, as her doctors don’t want her doing any heavy exercises until eight weeks after her caesarean.

Posh has always lost weight quickly after giving birth and she admitted after her son Brooklyn was born that she was too thin. “I had become Skeletal Spice. What upset me was I ate like any normal person…I wasn’t happy with how I looked.”
