Halle Berry takes the next step in her relationship

Halle Berry is taking the next step in her relationship with Olivier Martinez, by introducing precious daughter Nahla to his parents. The two have been dating for almost a year and it seems everything is going well. This is the first serious relationship Halle has been in since splitting from Nahla’s father, model Gabriel Aubry.

They are one of the most beautiful couples in all of Hollywood and for now, things are getting pretty serious between Halle Berry and Olivier Martinez. As with all relationships, you know things are moving forward when you meet your boyfriend’s parents and you bring your daughter to meet them as well.

The actress spent her birthday, (she just turned 45) in the company of Martinez and his father.

The group dined at Mirabelle restaurant in West Hollywood on Saturday. Martinez, also 45, reportedly dotes on both Berry and Nahla.

Since Berry has faced issues from stalker Richard Franco, the celebration was no doubt even more special thanks to a judge extending the restraining order put in place against Franco. The order keeps Franco unable to go within 100 yards of both Halle and her daughter for the next three years.

Los Angeles Superior Judge Carol Goodson executed an order on July 12th, not more than 24 hours after police arrested the 27 year old stalker. It will remain in place until August 1, 2014.

Last year, prior to hooking up with Martinez, Berry revealed to Vogue that she was, “not done with love” and also shared her feelings towards ex-love Gabriel Aubry.

“We were meant to bring this amazing little person into the world and I think that’s why we came together. And because of that, we are going to be together forever, all three of us. It’s just that you realize you are not meant to go the distance with everybody. “

She then revealed, “I’m not done with love, but I refuse to settle. I am a hopeless romantic and I won’t stop until I get it right.”
