Gaga as a man, Justin Bieber wins Male Video of the Year and Beyonce announces she’s pregnant — what a VMAs night!
Either way you slice it, The MTV Video Music Awards produced some big winners Sunday night. Best Male winner for U Smile, Justin Bieber, beat out vets like Kanye West and Eminem to grab his Moonman, while Best Female winner, Lady Gaga, sent her alter ego Jo Calderone to the stage to accept her award.
The biggest award of the night, Video of the Year, went to Katy Perry for her inspirational anthem, Firework. Her husband, Russell Brand, was also on hand to pay tribute to his late friend Amy Winehouse.
