The talk on The View Tuesday went where it’s never gone before — up host Sherri Shepherd‘s wedding dress. Yikes!
Sherri Shepherd is talking about her wedding in depth on The View. Ready for a TMI moment? The newlywed reveals she went commando to walk down the aisle. Yep, a pantiless Sherri Shepherd.
She revealed on The View Tuesday, “One of my bridesmaids, I think it was Niecy Nash, said, ‘Don’t wear any underwear. They knew me and Sal had been celibate for 11 months, so [she wanted me to do] anything [I could] do to get him turned back on.”
Perhaps Sherri Shepherd would have gotten away with it too, but as the talk continued fans watching nationwide got even more of an earful. Turns out the microphone pack the bride was wearing for taping of the wedding for an upcoming Style Network special nearly gave her secret away when it fell down her back.
“They’re lifting my dress and I’m screaming, ‘No, I have no panties on,’ ” Sherri Shepherd said on The View. “And one bridesmaid thought I kept screaming, ‘My pancreas! My pancreas!’ “
My, oh my. Sherri wed Lamar Sally on Aug. 13, their nuptials are set to air Sept. 13. Wonder if the panty-free panic will be included in the wedding special?
