The drama began when Kate Gosselin demanded one of the few remaining slices of pizza on the family road trip be saved for Steve the bodyguard. Insisting that the children could eat salads instead, she got her way — only to flip her lid when daughter Maddie carried out the last slice of pie with her bare hands. Gasp!
When Ashley, the babysitter, suggested Steve have macaroni and cheese instead– Kate blew a fuse. “No, he doesn’t eat macaroni and cheese or salad!” she yelled. “That’s my whole point!”
Anderson Cooper commentates, “Yeah Ashley, stupid Ashley the babysitter, he doesn’t eat macaroni and cheese or salad, that’s the whole point. This is your job. Haven’t you learned anything about the kids’ mom’s bodyguard’s culinary piccadillos? What are you even getting paid for?”
The news host closes the video of Kate Gosselin’s pizza drama summizing, “It is a cautionary tale really, so many lessons for all of us to learn. Wash your hands, guard your food, and if you somehow, against all odds, find a woman who is willing to help you take eight kids on a cross country road trip, for goodness sakes let her divide the pizza any way she wants.”
