Rapper T.I. surprises Taylor Swift fans

Shortly after his release from a halfway house, rapper T.I. took the stage for an unlikely duet with Taylor Swift during her concert in Atlanta. The rapper surprised fans by singing with the country superstar.

It was at the end of a Taylor Swift concert in Atlanta, a make-up show for a date that was cancelled this past July. Fans were ready for a big night and they received what they wanted and more! Swift delivered a concert filled with her best-known songs, but it was the surprise fans recieved at the end of the show that had everyone talking!

Swift started singing the opening chorus of rapper T.I’s smash hit, Live your Life, a song he made famous as a duet with Rhianna.

The packed house at the Philips Arena was taken by complete surprise when the rapper appeared at the top of a staircase and proceeded to sing his parts of the song.

This was one of several performances T.I. has done since his release from a halfway house last month, following 10 months incarceration in a federal prison for probation violation.

Clifford Joseph Harris (T.I.’s given name) is also the founder and CEO of Grand Hustle Records.

Just this past year, on August 31, T.I. was released from Forrest City Correctional Facility in Arkansas and sent to a community living facility to finish his sentence. He was later sent back to the correctional facility the very next day, due to an issue with the rapper taking a luxury bus from the prison to the halfway house.

The singer was soon released from prison and sent back to the halfway house, where he was finally released on September 29. The next day, he was on the charts once again with a song called I’m Flexin.
