Charlie Sheen is having “two and a half” times more fun

Charlie Sheen tweets pictures from his latest movie set and he doesn’t seem to miss his former Warner Bros. home.

Charlie Sheen posted pictures online from his new movie, A Glimpse Inside the Mind of Charlie Swan III, and did not hesitate to brag about his love for his new acting gig. He tweeted the photo below with the caption, “Take two…(this is at least TWO AND HALF times more fun than my last gig…!).” While it may be more fun, it probably isn’t more money: Sheen earned almost $2 million per episode up until his March 2011 firing from Two and a Half Men.

The film also stars Jason Schwartzman and Bill Murray and is directed by Roman Coppola. A Glimpse Inside the Mind of Charlie Swan III centers around the character Charlie Swan — not affiliated to the Twilight character — who heads into a downward spiral after his girlfriend breaks up with him. Sounds sort of familiar, right? Charlie Sheen, of course, plays Charlie Swan. Schwartzman and Murray have supporting roles.

The 46-year-old actor hasn’t been in the news much since his Comedy Central Roast which aired in September. Sheen received a substantial settlement from Warner Bros. Television around the same time — an immediate $25 million cash payout followed by $100 million in syndication earnings over the next 10 years.

Up next for Charlie after he wraps A Glimpse Inside the Mind of Charlie Swan III is a sitcom titled Anger Management which was recently picked up by FX.
