Joel McHale is being featured in a special teaser of People magazine’s Sexiest Man Alive issue. Is he the cover hunk?
The annual declaration of People’s Sexiest Man Alive is set for Nov. 18, but the entertainment magazine is letting us get a sneak peek at the issue with a post on their Facebook wall.
So, is Joel McHale People’s Sexiest Man Alive? Well, he’s proven he’s got the body for it — did you see him in Spy Kids 4? — however, McHale is featured as one of four sexy comedians along with Family Guy creator Seth McFarlane, Kevin Hart and Modern Family’sTy Burrell.
The video — available on People’s fan page – shows the comedians doing something funny and sexy. McHale brings the sexy each week on NBC’s Community and on E!’s The Soup, but he kicked it up another notch with his sexy coffee pouring and man bonding.

Sadly, we don’t think McHale — or any of the other three sexy comedians — will make the cover. However, our bet is on one sexy vampire: Robert Pattinson. No, we don’t have some inside scoop (sadly) — but The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn comes out the same day as the People issue hits newsstands: Nov. 18. What a great way to cross-promote, huh?
Not that Pattinson thinks he’s super sexy or anything.
“I don’t feel that I’m sexy at all. I don’t feel connected to that kind of talk. People say it but I’ve never thought like that,” Pattinson said in a 2009 interview.
“It’s funny, because even the girls that think like that, if you talk to one of them for five minutes the illusion is gone. But people still hold onto an illusion. It doesn’t matter what you do, they’re going to form these fantasies.”
Oh, shush, Rob — you’re sexy.
If it’s not RPattz, we definitely want Ryan Gosling in the top spot. You know, because he’s Ryan Gosling.
