Project Runway All Stars Spotlight: Mila Hermanovski

Season seven’s sweetheart is back. Meet Mila Hermanovski from Project Runway All Stars.

Mila Hermanovski from season seven of Project Runway is known for her creative and intellectual design. The former costume designer made it all the way to the final runway, but went home empty handed. Since appearing on the show, she went on to create a line of fingerless gloves.

Extremely talented, Hermanovski found her success prior to competing on Project Runway.

A graduate of Rhode Island School of Design, one of the most prestigious programs in the country, Hermanovski landed an internship with UK fashion designer Val Piriou. Following her internship, she worked as an assistant designer for Calvin Klein and a fashion trend forecaster.

The Dallas, Texas native’s love of fashion started in high school.

Mila would design her own clothes and even started her first line, called Unsweetened, her senior year. Her costume design background made her a favorite of the judges, and we have a feeling she could be poised for greatness this season as well.

While the competition is fierce on Project Runway All Stars, Mila Hermanovski very well may have what it takes to be the last designer standing. Her show was well received at Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week in New York, and her skill and passion are apparent in her work. If her past performance is any indication, her pieces should be spectacularly crafted with consistent use of color.

Do you think Mila has what it takes to win this season of Project Runway All Starsor will she once again be voted “out” by the panel of judges? The only way to find out for sure is to tune in to Lifetime on Thursday nights at 9/8 p.m. central and watch the design drama unfold.
