Cindy Crawford‘s 10-year-old daughter, has landed her first fashion campaign — with none other than Versace.
The apple doesn’t fall far from the supermodel.
Kaia Gerber, Cindy Crawford‘s 10-year-old daughter, has landed her first fashion campaign. She’s following in the stiletto prints paved by her supermodel mom by breaking into the high fashion scene — with a Versace campaign, no less!
Kaia, Cindy’s daughter with hubby Rande Gerber, channels her mother’s confidence in front of the camera in her first shoot for Young Versace, the Italian designer brand’s new line geared toward kids, age 0 to 12.
Kaia — wearing a cropped leather jacket and a high-waisted skirt — commands power over the lens in the buzzworthy ad campaign. The celebu-tot even manages to make socks and sandals look good together!
Cindy was a well-known muse of the late Gianni Versace in her runway heyday. The ’80s/’90s fashion industry “It Girl” was present throughout Kaia’s recent shoot and described it as a “fantastic experience.”

“I’m so thrilled that Kaia was chosen to be part of the first Young Versace campaign,” the 45-year-old said in a statement. “I have so many fond memories of the times I spent with Gianni and Donatella [Versace]. There is something so very special about the House of Versace.”
“I am so proud of her,” she added.
Donatella Versace, the label’s creative director, believes we haven’t seen the last of Kaia. If you ask Versace, the preteen is a certified catwalker-in-training.
“Like her mother, Kaia has a very special gift. The camera really, really loves her,” she said. “Having Cindy on-set for the shoot took me back to all the amazing Avedon shoots we worked on together. It was such a special treat watching Kaia walk in her mother’s footsteps!”
