From Mouseketeer to boy bander to engaged man, Justin Timberlake is one heartbreaker who has grown up before our very eyes. As the sexy singer turns 31 years old today, we can’t help but wonder what’s in store for the talented star in 2012. Wedding bells, an Oscar and a baby, perhaps?
What a busy year it was for Justin Timberlake! While most people dread turning the big 3-0, Timberlake embraced the birthday milestone and made 2011 a year to remember.
The former ‘N Sync frontman hosted Saturday Night Live for the second time, attended the Marine Corps Ball alongside the lovely Mila Kunis, starred in three hit films, won two Emmys and supposedly got engaged to longtime on-again, off-again girlfriend Jessica Biel. And you thought your life was busy!

Born on Jan. 31, 1981 in Memphis, Tennessee, Timberlake’s Southern charm has made him the object of affection for many high-profile actresses over the years, including Britney Spears, Cameron Diaz and even new-mom Beyoncé Knowles.
Timberlake started his career as a member of The Mickey Mouse Club, which is where he met former bandmate JC Chasez. The two formed a little boy-band called ‘N Sync, and the rest is entertainment history. Since going solo, Timberlake has proven himself both as a singer and an actor, thanks to his boyish good looks, exceptional comedic timing and charisma.

Timberlake is one celebrity who is determined to get better with age, and we can’t wait to see what the singer has up his sleeve for his 31st year. While we’re sure 2012 will be impressive for the star, we put together a list of projects we hope make the cut.
A wedding. Despite Jessica Bielkeeping her bling a secret, we can’t help but hope the duo fesses up soon to those engagement rumors and takes a trip down the aisle. Can you imagine what a fun reception that would be?
Another album. We haven’t had any new tunes to rock out to with our inner boy band-loving tween selves since FutureSex/LoveSounds was released in 2006. Don’t get us wrong, we love seeing JT on the silver screen, but maybe he can find some time to get back in the studio this year.
A world tour. This goes along with the whole release another album deal, but we’d love to see him live for a fun night out with the girls.
