The plaintiff, identified in court documents only as “John Doe,” alleges that the actor touched his own junk and the masseuse’s junk, tried to convince Doe to have sex with him and later have a threesome with an unidentified actress.

Here’s how it went down according to the accuser: Travolta picked him up in a Lexus whose dash was covered in condoms and the pair went to a room at the Beverly Hills Hotel. Once on the massage table, Doe said “Travolta appeared to be semi-erect” — and that’s where the trouble began.
Doe alleged that Travolta “touched Plaintiff’s scrotum, and this time the Plaintiff told Travolta to please not touch him again.” Then “Travolta quickly tried to rub the head of Plaintiff’s penis as he tried to pull away.”
When the accuser told Travolta not to touch him again, he said the actor “started to apologize for his behavior and tried to imply that they ‘must have gotten our signals crossed,’ and that he thought the Plaintiff wanted ‘the same thing he did,'” court documents state.

“Plaintiff explained that he did not ever have sex with his clients and that expecting sexual situations when people are providing paid services was essentially prostitution. Travolta tried to act like it was a simple misunderstanding. Plaintiff told Travolta that a masseur lying on the table was unlawful and inappropriate. Travolta said, ‘come on dude, I’ll jerk you off!!!'”
Soon, according to the suit, “Travolta, had removed his draping and was masturbating. Travolta’s penis was fully erect, and was roughly 8 inches in length, and his pubic hair was wiry and unkempt. Sweat was pouring down Travolta’s neck, and he asked Plaintiff again to say something nice to him.”
The actor also allegedly told Doe there was an unnamed actress staying at the same hotel who “wanted threeway sex, and wanted to be double penetrated. Travolta said they could have that later, but first they needed to have sex together before calling her, so this way they would be in-sync with each other sexually. Travolta told Plaintiff that he had Hollywood looks but just needed to lose some weight and learn to kick some ass and then Plaintiff would be ready to make millions.”
The masseuse said Travolta told him his success in the biz all stemmed from sexual favors he had performed when he was in his Welcome Back Kotter days,” adding “Hollywood is controlled by homosexual Jewish men who expect favors in return for sexual activity.”
“John Doe” is suing for $2 million plus punitive damages.
Travolta says the entire story is BS and he wasn’t even on the West Coast the day Doe claims the incident happened.
“This lawsuit is a complete fiction and fabrication. None of the events claimed in the suit ever occurred,” his rep told TMZ — and after the case is thrown out of court they plan to sue the accuser for malicious prosecution.
