Love is out there for Joe Jonas, Carmen Electra on The Choice

Why should we only be entertained by people looking for fame on dating shows? Fox announces which celebs will be looking for love on The Choice this summer.

Since The Voice ended earlier this week and won’t be back until the fall, don’t worry. Fox will satisfy your craving for chair-turning fun on reality television with The Choice, and the network has just announced who will be available to turn for a little love on the new dating show.

Fox debuts The Choice dating game show, no joke >>

According to MTV, the show includes a ton of eligible bachelors in the hot seat, including Pauly D and his co-star Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino of Jersey Shore, Joe Jonas, Dean Cain, Rob Kardashian, Romeo, chef Rocco DiSpirito, footballer Warren Sapp, actor and comedian Finesse Mitchell, professional skier Jeremy Bloom, soap star Jason Cook, model Tyson Beckford, radio personality Michael Catherwood, pro snowboarder Seth Wescott, Suburgatory actor Parker Young, football player Ndamukong Suh, cosmetic surgeon and TV personality Dr. Robert Nettles, former American Idol Taylor Hicks, football player Rob Gronkowski and Olympic taekwondo expert Steven Lopez.

It’s not just a dating show for men though! The ladies looking for love include Carmen Electra, model Hope Dworaczyk, 2010’s Miss USA Rima Fakih and model Sophie Monk.

The Choice will be hosted by Cat Deeley of So You Think You Can Dance? and will feature four celebrities with their backs turned to hopeful singles. After a few fun rounds of questions, the celebs have the option to pull a “love handle” to spin around and come face to face with their potential mate. It’s like The Voice, but the prize is more of a date with fame than a record deal.
