The Critics’ Choice Television Awards must have a soft spot for underdogs. They’ve unveiled their 2012 nominees and the NBC comedy Community leads the pack. Also, the peacock network was honored with the most TV nods — 14!
Finally, the Greendale gang is getting the respect they deserve. NBC’s Community leads the list of nominees for the 2nd annual Critics’ Choice Television Awards with an impressive six nods.

Community was nominated for Best Comedy Series, Best Actor (Joel McHale), Best Supporting Actor in a Comedy Series (Danny Pudi and Jim Rash) and Best Supporting Actress in a Comedy Series (Alison Brie and Gillian Jacobs).

AMC veterans Mad Men and Breaking Bad came in second place with five nominations each. They’ll both duke it out for Best Drama, Best Actor, Best Supporting Actor and Best Supporting Actress. It’s going to be a tight race!
