The actress is busy with her career, but had to make an appearance in court today to testify against her alleged stalker.
Today in an LA court, a preliminary hearing was held for the man accused of stalking actress Mila Kunis.
In the end, the judge decided to set the man, Stuart Lynn Dunn, up for arraignment.
Dunn was charged with felony stalking after multiple incidents that relate to Kunis.
According to E! News, “[The detective on the case] quoted Kunis as telling him that Dunn had ‘crazy eyes’ and looked like he ‘could eat’ her.”
Kunis has received a restraining order against Dunn earlier in the year, but he was arrested May 4 after showing up at her gym multiple times. This put him in violation of the restraining order.
Kunis said she found Dunn sitting near her car at the gym.
“Kunis was ‘110 percent in fear of her safety,’” the detective also said, according to E!
The 27-year-old was given a $150,000 bond. He will be arraigned June 27 and will stand trial shortly after.
He was also shown to have broken into an empty condo of Kunis’s as well as showing up at her talent agency.
“He is going to do whatever he can to get close to her” said Wendy Segall, the prosecutor on the case, according to E!
Kunis is still working on Family Guy as Meg Griffin. But instead of just lending her voice for Seth McFarlane, she is now lending her acting too. Kunis stars in McFarlane’s new movie Ted, which is out in theaters June 29.
The movie stars Mark Wahlberg, and, according to IMDb the movie is “A story centered on a man and his teddy bear, who comes to life as the result of a childhood wish.”
Seth McFarlane, of course, lends his voice to Ted, which sounds a little too strikingly like Peter Griffin of Family Guy.
She is currently working on six more movies, all set to be out between 2012 and 2014.
