After a scary 911 call by her assistant on Friday, Lindsay Lohan is reportedly okay and is joking about the incident.
It’s been a crazy couple of weeks for Lindsay Lohan. And for her, that is saying something.
After totaling her rented Porsche last week and being involved in a few lawsuits, a trip to the hospital may have seemed like a welcome break.
Friday morning, paramedics were called to Lohan’s Marina del Rey hotel room after she was found unconscious. Her assistant reportedly could not wake her up.
“Lindsay has been working a grueling schedule for the last couple of days,” Lohan’s rep told E! News. “Last night she worked from 7 p.m. to 8 a.m. She was exhausted and went back to her room to sleep. Producers were apparently concerned and called the fire department and paramedics found her sleeping but determined that she was fine, just extremely exhausted and slightly dehydrated.”
“She is on her way home now to rest and will be back on set later today.”
It seems like the producers of her movie Liz & Dick might have given her a few days off after the incident.
However, Lohan is reportedly back on set as of this morning.
Early this morning she took to Twitter to tell the world about the incident.
“Note to self.. After working 85hours in 4days, and being up all night shooting, be very aware that you might pass out from exhaustion & 7 paramedics MIGHT show up @ your door…. Hopefully theyre cute. Otherwise it would be a real let down. Back on set”
Lohan is starring as Elizabeth Taylor in the made-for-TV movie Liz & Dick, a Lifetime movie.
The constant drama is apparently not scaring away many directors. In May, Woody Allen was seen at a dinner with Lindsay Lohan. Yesterday, he explained the dinner date to Access Hollywood.
“That was a social dinner… [but] she’s a very gifted girl and I would not hesitate if I had something for her,” he explained. “I’d certainly call her.”
