Who would David Beckham most like to invite to dinner?

The 37-year-old soccer player is loving life. He talks about his family, his LA life and what a perfect dinner party would look like.

David Beckham has had a busy couple of years. He left his longtime team, Manchester United, and after playing for a couple other teams, moved his family to Los Angeles. He also now has four children to chase around.

But when asked who he would most like to invite to dinner, the answer might be surprising.

“I’d invite Jack Nicholson, Prince Harry, Prince William, Boris Johnson and President Obama,” he said, according to the Australia Sky News.

Beckham now has four children with his wife, former Spice Girl Victoria Beckham — 13-year-old Brooklyn, nine-year-old Romeo, seven-year-old Cruz and 13-month-old Harper. He said many times, it’s hard to keep up with all of them.

“In our house it’s like crowd control now, we’ve got three boys with a lot of energy, so I’m always out in the garden, taking them for runs and playing all kinds of sport with them,” he said. “With our little girl she’s almost walking, so it’s a case of following her around, trying to catch her when she does fall.”

While he loves living in Los Angeles, he said that he misses London, a city he will always consider as his home.

“There’s many places in the world that I’ve travelled to with my job, but I always love home to London, coming home for me is a holiday,” he said in a promotional video, according to the Australia Sky News.

The athlete made an appearance at the Olympics opening ceremony bringing the Olympic torch to the stadium on a boat. He was then seen at many different events throughout the London games. His wife made an appearance with the Spice Girls, performing at the closing ceremonies.

In March, Obama roasted Beckham at a fundraiser, saying “He is tough. In fact, it is a rare man who can be that tough on the field and also have his own line of underwear.”

Beckham currently plays soccer for the Los Angeles Galaxy. He has also played for Manchester United, Real Madrid and Milan.
