Kanye West gets served by Kris Humphries

Kris Humphries just can’t let go of Kim Kardashian. The bitter ex-husband wants to Kanye West to testify against Kim.

Kris Humphries refuses to let Kim Kardashian off the hook in their ongoing divorce proceedings. Humphries even went as far as to go after Kim’s new boyfriend, rapper Kanye West. TMZ reports Kris Humphries and his legal team “engineered a sneak attack” in order to serve West a subpoena. Kris is so desperate to get an annulment his lawyer put the court summons in a Nordstrom shoe box and then sent the package to Kim Kardashian’s house, staging the process to make it look like Kim received a gift from the upscale retailer.

Humphries is supposedly looking for unflattering information on ex Kim Kardashian. TMZ says Kardashian and her lawyer, Laura Wasser, were not pleased with the stunt and reported the ploy in court during a recent hearing.

Earlier this morning TMZ reached out to Kris Humphries’ lawyer, Marshall Waller, for more information on their motive for the sneak attack. TMZ said Waller explained Kris Humphries intends to prove his marriage to Kim Kardashian was a fraud and that Kim’s sole intention was for her reality show, Keeping Up with the Kardashians, to reap the major benefits of the publicity.

Kim’s lawyer says Humphries’ entire position is ridiculous and that Kris knew exactly what he was getting into when he married the infamous reality star. In addition, Wasser told TMZ she plans on making Kris Humphries pay every cent of the $250,000 in legal fees Kim Kardashian has spent so far during the divorce proceedings.
