The Good Wife follows Alicia Florrick as she returns to a job as a litigator following a dozen years away from the courtroom. During that time, Alicia was at home taking care of her two children. However, after her husband was arrested and put in jail, Alicia didn’t have a choice other than to get back into the workforce.
Adding to the drama are the details behind her husband’s arrest. Peter Florrick (Chris Noth) was a state’s attorney who was caught with his pants down — literally. An ugly corruption and sex scandal played out for the world to see. Since then, Alicia (Julianna Margulies) has been doing what she can to put the pieces of her life back together.
Synopsis:
In Season 4 of The Good Wife, Alicia has a lot on her plate. Her biggest dilemma right now is that numerous enemies are trying to send her company into bankruptcy. As if all the other drama wasn’t enough, now her job is causing her even more stress.
Another subplot features Kalinda Sharma (Archie Panjabi) in a battle against her ex-husband. Alicia will come to the defense of Zach (Graham Phillips) after he gets in trouble with a state police officer. All the while, the firm’s money situation will be touch and go for the entire season.
