What does new Mindy Kaling pilot mean for The Office? >>

The Mindy Project is the brainchild of Mindy Kaling (The Office). The actress and writer has exchanged her cubicle for a booming hospital. On her new show, Kaling plays an OB-GYN with a lackluster love life.

Her supporting characters include staff members who are just as quirky. The cast includes Chris Messina, Ed Weeks, Stephen Tobolowsky, and Anna Camp. Plus, Office star Ed Helms and Saturday Night Live‘s Bill Hader guest star on multiple episodes.

Watch The Mindy Project now:

Ben and Kate is a brother-sister comedy starring Oscar winner Nat Faxon (The Descendants) and Dakota Johnson (Beastly). The siblings are as opposite as night and day. Ben is a laid-back dreamer, while Kate is a struggling mother trying to make ends meet.

To help lighten his sister’s load, Ben moves in and attempts to inject some fun into her life. Kate’s a straight shooter and conservative, while he’s a bit of a wild card. They balance each other out.

Ben and Kate premieres Tuesday, Sept. 25, at 8:30 p.m. ET/PT, followed by The Mindy Project at 9:30 p.m. ET/PT on Fox.
