Fox’s Ben and Kate sure to bring laughs

Sibling love is the best kind of love. Even if they drive you crazy, you still love ‘em in the end, which is exactly the kind of love siblings of the Ben and Kate share in Fox’s new heartwarming comedy.

Synopsis:

From the producers and directors of New Girl, Dana Fox and Jake Kasdan bring their quirky charm to this tender-loving comedy. Ben (Nat Faxon) and Kate (Dakota Johnson) always relied on each other as kids, so when Ben decides to crash on Kate’s couch for a while, Kate welcomes him with open arms. But Kate quickly realizes that only one of them has grown up, considering the only mistake she has ever made is her 5-year-old daughter, Maddie (Maggie Elizabeth Jones).

The two learn to let each other grow while experiencing life’s awkward situations (Ben goes after his dream girl who, mind you, is about to get married, and Kate prepares to have sex for the first time in five years — yikes!) Accompanied by their two fantastic friends, Ben and Kate live and learn, but most of all love.

The two siblings brighten up television screens starting Sept. 28, 2012, at 8:30/7:30c on Fox.

Why should you watch?

If you watched New Girl and enjoyed all of its quirky goodness, then this show will deliver! With the constant undertone of family love and bonding, Ben and Kate will surely win your heart over. Still not convinced? Their hilarious, yet relatable, encounters with life will just make you want to hug them.
