Lady Gaga is telling everyone to forget about their insecurities and celebrate their bodies with a new campaign called “Body Revolution 2013.”

The Buzz – Lady Gaga’s Management: We’re Watching Your Muffin Top!
Lady Gaga has been putting on a few extra pounds, and flaunting a muffin top, but according to an insider, her management wants her to put on clothes that are more flattering and fit!

Lady Gaga has turned the mirror back on the press, which has been criticizing her recent weight gain, by starting a revolution — a “Body Revolution 2013,” to be exact. In a post on her Little Monsters site today, the multi-platinum singer posted a series of photos in a yellow bra and panties, admitting she has suffered from “bulimia and anorexia since she was 15.”

This admission launched the official “Body Revolution 2013” campaign, and the singer encouraged her fans, aka Little Monsters, “to post a photo of you that celebrates your triumph over insecurities.” Supporters of all shapes and sizes posted their ailments, scars and deep thoughts, laying praise on the Grammy winner for leading the way through their own anxieties.

Lady Gaga‘s website cited “brave posts” from fans who showcased their own imperfections. One man stated, “YOU MADE ME BRAVE GAGA. … Listening to your songs helped me though it (cancer).” Another young fan posted a photo of her facial skin affliction and said, “This is me, and I’m proud of it!”

Gaga took a lot of heat from the media for looking a little less fit in her onstage wardrobe after she admitted during a recent interview that she had gained about 25 pounds. The singer seemed to take the criticism in stride and even mentioned in a blog post that “My boyfriend prefers me curvier. When I eat and am healthy and not so worried about my looks, I’m happy. Happier than I’ve ever been. I am not going to go on a psycho-spree because of scrutiny. This is who I am. And I am proud at any size.”

The “Born This Way” singer is proving to be a force to be reckoned with, both on and offstage. To find out more about the Body Revolution 2013, visit Lady Gaga’s website.
