Photos of Aldean and Kerr at The Den showed up on TMZ on Sunday, prompting the singer to apologize to his fans via Twitter.
“Hey Guys — I wanted to talk to you directly, so you were hearing the truth from me and not just reading allegations about my personal life on gossip web sites,” he wrote. “The truth is that I screwed up. I had too much to drink, let the party get out of hand and acted inappropriately at a bar. I left alone, caught the bus to our next show and that’s the end of the story. I ultimately ended up embarrassing my family and myself,” he wrote.

“I’m not perfect, and I’m sorry for disappointing you guys,” he added. “I really appreciate being able to work through this privately with my family and for all your continued support.”
Aldean has been married to Jessica Ussery for 11 year and they have two daughters together, Keeley, 9, and Kendyl, 5.
Ugh. It’s one thing to cheat, but it’s another to brazenly do it in public — especially when the cheater is a public figure. Doesn’t Aldean know that pretty much every person in the United States has a phone with a camera?
