Just two months after the birth of her first child, Giuliana Rancic is already talking about adding to her brood — and the TV personality says the more, the merrier!
Giuliana Rancic traveled a heartbreaking road to parenthood, and now that she’s finally a mom she says she wants more, more, more babies!
In an interview with Life & Style, Giuliana and her hubby Bill Rancic say their newborn son is such a joy that they can’t wait to give him a brother or sister — or both!
“We need some brothers or sisters for Duke,” Giuliana, 37, told the mag just seven weeks after the birth of Edward Duke. “I can make him smile… he has the cutest baby laugh ever, and when he smiles, my heart skips a beat.”

“We’d love to expand our family,” she continued. “A lot of people have one kid and it’s enough. But for us, we’re having so much fun that we’d love to have another child.”
And why stop at one more? Why not two?
“We would love twins. It’s not out of the question,” she said.
“If we had a girl, though, it would be amazing. I think as a woman you always dream about having a little girl to wear matching outfits with.”

And next time they very well might use the same gestational carrier they used for Edward. (A gestational carrier is similar to a surrogate, but the child is biologically Giuliana and Bill’s.)
“Not only did Delphine give us this unbelievable gift we could never repay her for, but she’s also a wonderful person,” Giuliana gushed.
The TV personality will be on anti-cancer meds for the next four years and will be unable to conceive herself.
