Now 60 pounds lighter, Jessica looks stunning… but she supposedly had to go on an overzealous smoothie diet to accomplish it. Celebs like Britney Spears, who had her sons Sean and Jayden almost exactly a year apart, opt for a different avenue — getting pregnancy out of the way before whipping their bodies back into shape.
