Our hearts just grew three sizes: Kate Middleton and Prince William are having a baby!
Kate is going to have a baby but there are already complications.
It’s official! Kate Middleton and Prince William are expecting their first child together, according to a statement from royal officials. The pregnancy is in the very early stages, according to the Clarence House.
“Their Royal Highnesses The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are very pleased to announce that The Duchess of Cambridge is expecting a baby,” the palace said in a statement. “The Queen, The Duke of Edinburgh, The Prince of Wales, The Duchess of Cornwall and Prince Harry and members of both families are delighted with the news.”

“The Duchess was admitted this afternoon to King Edward VII Hospital in Central London with Hyperemesis Gravidarum,” the official statement added. “As the pregnancy is in its very early stages, Her Royal Highness is expected to stay in hospital for several days and will require a period of rest thereafter.”
The announcement ends months of speculation over the Duchess of Cambridge’s stomach. First, royal watchers claimed she was pregnant after she declined to eat peanut butter during a trip to Denmark in November 2011. Rumors re-emerged in September after she raised a glass of water (instead of wine) during an official trip to Singapore.

The couple have made no secret of their desire to have children. Wills even gave the inside details during an interview with Katie Couric this summer.
“I’m just very keen to have a family and both Catherine and I, you know, are looking forward to having a family in the future,” he said.
As for how many children? “Two!” he continued.
Well, they’ve got the first one covered. Also, we’re pretty jealous that the baby-to-be will have Prince Harry as an uncle. Coolest. Uncle. Ever.
Congratulations to Prince William and Kate Middleton!
