Do you really, really miss the smiling faces of the Gosselin kids? Did you enjoy learning the personalities of each of the near-identical sextuplets? Great news! It’s time to do it all over again.
OWN premiered a brand-new show and relatively new family on Saturday. Six Little McGhees follows the daily lives of laid-back, lovable and loving parents Mia and Rozonno McGhee as they work to raise happy, healthy sextuplets in Columbus, Ohio.
Each morning the duo wakes up at the crack of dawn to shower and dress before beginning to wake the kids. What follows are six noses to suction, six diapers to change and six wiggling, cranky, not-quite-2-year-olds to dress. After they’re all decked out for their day, Mommy and Daddy serve breakfast. The kids sit at a special table with six seats built in and Mom and/or Dad feeds the kiddos from one bowl and one spoon. After all, it’s much easier that way.
After breakfast, all six McGhees are taken to day care, then Mom and Dad head to work together. That’s right. Mia and Rozonno are basically inseparable because they own and run a carpet-cleaning business together. The McGhee parents may have started off in a tiny two-bedroom, but they’re doing okay these days… as long as their business stays afloat.
Working isn’t the only thing the McGhees do together. During the first episode, they head to the grocery store with all six baby McGhees in tow. That’s:

As the McGhee parents navigate life with six headstrong toddlers, they won’t make all the right choices. (C’mon, guys, leave the kids home with family on grocery day.) But, they make them all together and with the help of a tight-knit group of friends and family. Neither Mia’s nor Rozonno’s stories began all that happily, but these close, hardworking parents are working their butts off to provide a better life for their kids.
