Montag and Pratt: Delusional fears of mortality on Big Brother

Montag and Pratt on Celebrity Big Brother: The cast could have killed us in our sleep.

Well, well: If it isn’t Montag and Pratt garnering some much needed publicity this morning. The infamous duo of Montag and Pratt — that is, Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt — are making headlines today, thanks to their train wreck of a performance on England’s Celebrity Big Brother. Montag and Pratt came in second on Big Brother and the pair are wasting no time talking to the media about their horrifying experience.

It seems Heidi and Spencer were somehow living in fear of the other Big Brother roommates and were terrified some cast mates might murder them while they slept in their camera-ridden bedrooms. Montag and Pratt talked to the Daily Star and couldn’t wait to gush about their terrifying cast members.

Said Pratt, “We didn’t sleep much at all. I always had one eye open. We were watching them thinking they were going to try and kill us in our sleep. We were constantly nervous something might happen. Every time we saw any of them near knives we left the kitchen straight away. Some of them would itch their own face with a butcher’s knife — it was mentally insane. If they’ll hold knives by their own faces I didn’t know what they were capable of.”

OK. Sure. We guess Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt still love to gleam for that ever-fading spotlight. And just to clarify: Those roommates were most likely scratching an itch.

Pratt continued with wife Montag: “They (Big Brother producers) brought us in to be ‘Speidi’ and stir it all up. I feel like a cartoon character. My talent for some odd reason, is being an a**hole.”

While we don’t necessarily agree being a fame-mongering husband with questionable taste is a talent, it does seem Pratt has found a niche that seems to extends his 15 minutes of fame. Remember, Pratt and Montag first came to light from MTV’s The Hills — way back in 2006.
