Franco played Aron Ralston in 127 Hours. It was the true story of real-life outdoorsman Aron Ralston who, while out on an expedition, fell and ended up pinned between boulders. After days of pain, no food and hardly any sleep, Ralston was forced to amputate his own arm. Ouch!
