Happy news for Mark-Paul Gosselaar and new wife Catriona McGinn: They’re expecting their first child together!
Exciting news for Franklin & Bash star Mark-Paul Gosselaar: He’s expecting his third child — and first with new wife Catriona McGinn.
“Mark-Paul Gosselaar and wife Catriona are thrilled to announce they’re expecting their first child together in September,” his rep said in a Monday night statement.
The former Saved By the Bell star is also father to daughter Ava, 6, and Michael, 9, with ex-wife Lisa Ann Russell.

“We are all really excited for the arrival of our new addition. We’ve always wanted a big family,” Gosselaar told Us Weekly after the news went public. “The kids are looking forward to a little sibling, and are asking a lot of funny questions right now.”
Gosselaar married the advertising executive in a summer 2012 wedding.
“He was so excited to have found the woman of his dreams,” jeweler Neil Lane told People about the pair. “He couldn’t wait to propose!”
And it seems like things have gone well in the year since they got hitched — his kids even love her! “Catriona’s great with my kids,” the 39-year-old actor said in 2012. “My kids absolutely adore her.”

He’s pretty fond of her, too.
“Catriona’s absolutely gorgeous. She’s stunning,” he told the magazine. “And she takes my breath away!”
