Lindsay Lohan should be on her way to sobriety very soon. But before she does that, she apparently wanted one last weekend of partying.
The starlet will enter rehab soon, so she decided to party over the weekend.
Lindsay Lohan is still a long way from finding her feet again. Just days after being ordered into rehab, the actress was reportedly spotted out partying over the weekend. According to Us Weekly, Lohan was out at San Diego club FLUXX on Friday, March 22.
“[She was] drinking Ketel One vodka on the rocks and smoking Parliaments,” a source told Us Weekly.

The source also said she was spotted talking with singer Sean Kingston throughout the night. The next night, Lohan was spotted out at a private club in Santa Monica.
“Wearing a tight black dress and an oversized sweater, the actress tried to shield her face from photographers when she left the venue,” said the Daily Mail.
There had been reports Lohan had been out the very night she was sentenced, but she commented on those claims on her Twitter page.
“Guys relax, that was not me at A/V or in the Mr. Pink SUV. I’m taking this seriously and focused on the road ahead,” she tweeted on March 19. “I stayed in last night, after a pretty long day, and ordered sushi to my hotel. Don’t believe every little thing you hear unless you hear it from me. The support I have gotten has been great and means a lot.”
Meanwhile, TMZ is reporting Lohan will physically not be able to complete her sentence, because of a small fact that the courts overlooked.
“Lindsay’s lawyer, Mark Heller, represented to prosecutors he could get his client into a 90-day lockdown rehab center in NYC,” said TMZ. “There are no private NY rehab centers that keep patients against their will, except for one connected with the prison system, and you have to have a felony record to get in — and Lindsay doesn’t.”

It appears there also are no lockdown rehab centers in California.
“There is no rehab that will hold you against your will, unless they feel the person is a suicide risk, and in that case they can hold the individual for 72 hours,” said Dr. Drew.
But according to Us Weekly, Lohan’s lawyers will return to court on May 2 when they must provide proof of the program and her progress. Here’s hoping her wild weekend out was just because she knows she is finally ready to commit to rehab.
