Kate Middleton & the queen prepare for royal baby… kinda

OK, this is pretty cute: British betting company Ladbrokes celebrated the upcoming royal baby — and all the bets surrounding the impending birth — with a series of “exclusive” photos at Kate Middleton‘s baby shower. And yes, before you ask, it’s a parody — though the actors look exactly like the royals!

Pink or blue?

We might now know the sex of the royal baby, but it seems that Kate Middleton and Queen Elizabeth have differing ideas on what color to paint the nursery.

By the way, Ladbrokes has the odds of a royal girl at 1–3, while a boy is at 5–2.

Have to admit: This onesie is pretty spot-on when it comes to Prince William‘s hair — er, lack thereof — these days.

Queen Elizabeth might be celebrating 60 years on the throne this summer, but she’s still able to burn rubber with the wee ones.

Queen Elizabeth is taking bets on what Wills & Kate will call their new bundle of joy. According to Ladbrokes, the odds are Alexandra (2–1), Elizabeth (5–1), Diana (5–1) and George or Charles (14–1).

All of this baby talk is exciting, but the queen has to check her horse racing results, too.

Middleton needs all the delivery advice she can get — and the queen (with Camilla Parker-Bowles) are all too happy to help.

Camilla can’t believe much Kate’s baby bump has grown over the past few weeks.
