For those not in the fashion world, the CFDA, aka the Council of Fashion Designers of America, awards the year’s biggest fashion designers and icons at their annual CFDA Awards.
Last night, the 2024 CFDA Awards took place at the Natural History Museum in New York City and awarded this year’s lucky honorees. Among the winners of the night, which was hosted by Wicked star Cynthia Erivo, was Erykah Badu, who was given the highly coveted Fashion Icon Award, and Michael Kors, who was presented with the Positive Change Award by his longtime friend and collaborator Blake Lively.
On the red carpet, the night was as star-studded as it was fashionable. Katie Holmes, Ciara, Da’Vine Joy Randolph, Kylie Jenner, Paris Hilton, Darren Criss and Olympic Gold medalist Suni Lee were just a few of the attendees.
