The performer lineup for Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve on December 31 is as impressive as it gets. Some of our favorites taking the stage at the event Carrie Underwood, Alanis Morissette, Teddy Swims and more take to the stage.
The main event will be hosted from New York City’s Times Square where Ryan Seacrest will lead the countdown to the ball drop at midnight. Seacrest is hosting New Year’s Rockin’ Eve for the 20th time alongside British singer Rita Ora who also hosted last year. Dayanara Torres returns as co-host live from Puerto Rico, Jeannie Mai will lead hosting duties on the West Coast and former NFL star Rob Gronkowski will give viewers a front-row seat to the Las Vegas celebrations.
When SheKnows spoke to Seacrest and Ora last year, they gushed about hosting the New Year’s Eve countdown. “It is a marathon,” Seacrest said. “It’s got 10,000 moving parts that are all over the world, not just in Times Square.” Ora shared her excitement, saying: “Doing this show is such an honor and it’s a huge compliment.”
Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve will air Tuesday, Dec. 31, live on ABC beginning at 8 p.m. EST and stream next day on Hulu.
