We’ve gone through all the upcoming releases of spring/summer 2015, and here are the ones to watch for.
Marriage of Opposites
The Marriage of Opposites by Alice Hoffman. How tragedy and an affair led to the birth of Impressionism. A reminder that the things you do in life truly can echo through eternity. Aug. 4.

A Cure for Suicide by Jesse Ball. We learn about life from the people around us. What happens when those people have conflicting opinions? A novel of trying to define yourself — by yourself. July 21.
God Help the Child
God Help the Child by Toni Morrison. Not only is the author hugely famous, but her book explores the meaning behind skin color — and whether we should let external judgments affect who we are inside. April 21.
Dietland
Dietland by Sarai Walker. Plum Kettle is ashamed of her weight until she gets involved in a guerrilla movement to change pop culture’s view of body image and equality. How far would you go to change the world? May 26.
Gonzo Girl
Gonzo Girl by Cheryl Della Pietra. The fictionalized account of the author’s real-life experience working with Hunter S. Thompson. A close look at a journalism icon and how our mentors shape our futures. July 28.
Normal
Normal by Graeme Cameron. The protagonist is a serial killer until he meets the right girl. Too bad he still has a body to get rid of in his basement. What do we really know about the people we date? March 31.
The Diver’s Clothes
The Diver’s Clothes Lie Empty by Vendela Vida. A woman loses her passport while in Casablanca and finds strange, newfound freedom under an assumed identity. How far would you go to get away from your real life? June 2.
Second Life
Second Life by SJ Watson. The follow-up to Before I Go to Sleep, in which a woman lives two lives — one online and one off — to solve the murder of her sister. Asks the question: Are we human or are we Twitter accounts? June 9.
The Clockwork Crown
The Clockwork Crown by Beth Cato. The much-awaited sequel that catches up with steampunk healer Octavia and follows her into battle. A reminder of how to be selfless and loving in a world that wants women clawing ruthlessly for the top. June 9.
Purity
Purity by Jonathan Franzen. A young woman, Pip Tyler, needs to figure out who she is. She joins a group of German peace activists in search of answers, but sometimes when we seek the truth, we aren’t happy with what we find. Sept. 1.
Battle of Versailles
The Battle of Versailles by Robin Givhan. The day French and American fashion designers went head-to-head, and the Americans came out on top. A history of the famous fashion show in France and how it changed what you wear. March 17.
Wild Oats Project
The Wild Oats Project by Robin Rinaldi. The true story of one woman’s quest to have an open marriage — lovers during the week and her husband on the weekends. Is it possible to not only survive this way, but to thrive? March 17.
All the Rage
All the Rage by Courtney Summers. Nobody believes Romy was raped, so she lives the lie until another girl ends up dead. Goes to show that hiding behind secrets can destroy the people we love. April 14.
Love is Love
Whatever… Love is Love by Maria Bello. The Hollywood actress fell in love with her best friend, a woman. Explores the fluidity of sexuality and erases preconceived notions of gay or straight. April 28.
Confessions of Lioness
Confessions of the Lioness by Mia Couto. A small village in Mozambique is terrorized by a lion, but as the hunt begins, the villagers find the lion is more than an animal and possibly a product of women and witchcraft. Explores the oppression of women and the power to fight back. July 14.
Where They Found Her
Ridgedale, New Jersey is an idyllic suburban town that is forever changed after a newborn baby’s body is found in the woods surrounding the university.
Released April 14.
Hausfrau
Written by Jill Alexander Essbaum, Hausfrau tells the story of Anna Benz. She has three children, a great husband and lives in a perfect surburban town in Zürich, Switzerland. Outside everything is perfect, but inside she is falling apart.
Released March 17.
All The Rage
