See Inside Gwen Stefani & Blake Shelton’s $13 Million Encino Estate

If things weren’t already serious between Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton, the home-buying step just sealed their cute coupledom. They purchased their very first house together in the San Fernando Valley area of Los Angeles.

The Encino purchase was a secret, off-market deal — so secret that even some of the major details of the home weren’t revealed in the sale. The $13.2 million home, designed by Evan Gaskin of Gaskin Design and Development and sold by Craig Knizek, James Harris and David Parnes of The Agency, boasts everything Shelton, Stefani and her three sons, Kingston, 13, Zuma, 11, Apollo, 6, to throw a good party. With 13,000 square feet resting on 1.6. acres nestled into the hills of Los Angeles, we are ready for our invite.

The interior has an open floor plan where the sprawling kitchen, complete with island seating to watch the chef, reveals an interior and exterior living room. The wide glass door reveals a massive pool area to entertain friends and family on a hot summer day.

If it’s ever a rainy day in L.A., the family can take the party into their home theater to screen the latest films. There are couches and lounge chairs for a comfy viewing experience and a bar to keep the libations flowing.

The three-story home has a lot of natural light that flows through the house, so we’d love to see how Stefani and Shelton put their personal touches on the place. With Shelton’s Oklahoma roots and Stefani’s Califonia style, it’s sure to be a perfect mesh of country cool.

Here’s a closer look at the design and layout of their new Encino home.
