Congratulations to new homeowners Sofia Vergara and Joe Manganiello! This stunning couple just purchased a $26 million mansion in the gated Beverly Park neighborhood of Los Angeles — and, their new lodging is basically a piece of American history, previously belonging to baseball star Barry Bonds. Seated on 1.85 acres of property, this 17,000 square-foot estate is a millionaire’s playground, filled with crystal chandeliers and silk carpeting, and surrounded by olive trees, stone fountains, and more. We took a detailed look at the grounds surrounding this Italian-inspired villa, and seriously, this isn’t just a house — it’s a private resort.
In addition to the main villa, the estate includes a two-story guesthouse, basketball and tennis courts, a massive pool and patio, and an outdoor spa. Lush lawns lead to two motorcourts and an outdoor entertaining area, as well as a tree-lined driveway.
Inside the home is no less luxurious, featuring a chef’s kitchen with onyx countertops and lavender walls, a massive movie theater with hand-stenciled ceilings, and his and hers dressing rooms and bathrooms. The main house includes seven bedrooms and 10.5 bathrooms, and sits in the highly coveted Beverly Park neighborhood, with neighbors like Denzel Washington, Sylvester Stallone, Eddie Murphy, Kimora Lee Simmons, and Mark Wahlberg.
Vergara and Manganiello have been married since 2015, and previously lived in a Beverly Hills home, where they’re currently quarantining with Vergara’s son Manolo. While their last digs weren’t too shabby, this Beverly Park mansion is simply next-level. Here’s a closer look at the sprawling estate Vergara and Manganiello will call home.
